The small forest lake surrounded by trees beneath the beautiful blue cloudy sky at the beginning of spring.

I took this shot one calm April afternoon while I was walking in nature around this small lake which is placed near one town called Palanka in central Serbia. In this hidden part of the lake, everything was so quiet and beautiful. Winter is over almost one month ago and spring is already here but not yet everywhere. Nature is still not completely in all those beautiful spring tones. Green leaves and grass can already be seen in one part of the forest next to the lake but in the other part in the distance, there are still bare winter branches on trees. There is also a small wooden dock on the lake that is used by swimmers or fishermen. Soon everything will be nice, green and colorful and it will become a perfect place for rest and escaping from reality and everyday routine.
