This photo was taken once when I visited Oplenac, a hill in Topola, a small town in the heart of Serbia. Oplenac is known for the famous vineyards of the royal dynasty Karadjordjevic as well as for the church of St. George, so it is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Serbia. The whole complex is surrounded by vineyards and forests. There is a road through the forest itself that looks very much like some forest boulevard. That May day was beautiful. Spring has already come and the trees were completely leafy. The sun's rays were breaking through the fresh green branches adding some warm and very yellow tones somewhere. A bluish haze could be seen in the distance. The scene was really enchanting so I couldn't resist taking a shot.
